Sacred Flow is an offering designed around the Yoga Philosophies at the beginning of class where we hold space for 15 minutes to talk on the Yoga Philosophy topic of the night.
Then we flow for about an hour following a Chakra Slow Flow sequence starting with the Root Chakra all the way through to the Crown Chakra.
BLYB is a donation-based Community Center.
The teachers are paid directly, by you, and the suggested donation amount is $10-$25.
The teachers make a donation to BYLB from the proceeds of the class.
