Chakra Flow is a Vinyasa style flow where we move intentionally through each energy center called a Chakra. There are 7 and we start from the ground up. Starting with the Root,Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and ending with the Crown Chakra. In this 45 minute flow we will move through each pose with a smooth transition of one pose leading into the next.
BLYB is a donation-based Community Center.
The teachers are paid directly, by you, and the suggested donation amount is $10-$25.
The teachers make a donation to BYLB from the proceeds of the class.
