Sunday 5-6:30pm @ Big Love Yoga Barn (behind Pure Pizza)
This class is designed to give students a time and place to come let go of their week and set them up in a new head space for the following week. We start with about 20 min of movement to warm up the body, then we come to the floor for deep holds which gives people a chance to work with their breath, body and mind on a deeper level. The last 20 min or so of class is a sound bath. This will give students the opportunity to dive even deeper if they wish.
BLYB is a donation-based Community Center.
The teachers are paid directly, by you, and the suggested donation amount is $10-$25.
The teachers make a donation to BYLB from the proceeds of the class.
