🪷Elev8ed Asana: Flower-Friendly Yoga Class 🪷

Sunday’s 7-8:30 pm 

Join us for a 420 friendly class for all humans that celebrates the healing power of nature’s healing medicine. It's an hour of yoga that's designed to be both accessible and uplifting as we flow to the rhythmic beats and soulful music of afrobeats, latin music, reggae and more, embracing the spirit of these vibrant cultures. The following 30 minutes are optional to be in community and share your experience or snacks. 

 At Elev8ed Asana, you have the choice to bring your own flower or purchase hemp flower in a beautifully rolled lotus or rose for $15 upon arrival. It's a symbol of nature's beauty and a source of inspiration for your practice.

While you don't have to be a flower lover to join, we want you to feel comfortable. The canna plant is welcome in this class, creating an open and accepting environment.

Our class operates on a donation basis, with a suggested range between $10 and $25. All contributions are welcome, and no one is turned away.
