Are you looking to rest, reset, and rejuvenate after a long week? This flow is for YOU! Prepare to connect with your inner self as you restore and release emotionally, physically, and mentally. Carefully designed to sync slow breathing with slower more mindful movements, you WILL leave feeling lighter! Join me every Saturday for Restorative Reset flow! (Beginner friendly, props and supports included for maximum relaxation!) 

A sliding scale fee of $10-$25 is greatly appreciated <3

The teachers make a donation to BYLB from the proceeds of the class.
